Indy Jazz Fest is set to hit Central Indiana Sept. 12-17 and will feature the jazz stylings of George Benson, Melvin Rhyne, Spyro Gyra and the Yellowjackets. Tickets for the Indy Jazz Fest event Sept. 17 at Opti Park in Broad Ripple are currently on sale at area Marsh stores for $25, a $5 discount off the gate admission. The tickets are general admission.

The day features music on three stages: the Main Stage, Legacy Jazz Stage and the Emerging Jazz Artist Stage, kicking off at 1 p.m. On the Main Stage, the Yellowjackets get things going at 2 p.m. with Benson taking to the stage at 7:30 p.m. In all, 16 acts will grace the three stages throughout the day.

Tickets for the remaining dates of the Indy Jazz Fest are available at their website with three levels to choose from. General admission tickets are $30, while Preferred Seating is $75. You can also pick up an IJF JazzPass for $99 that will gain you access to all indoor and outdoor events during the Indy Jazz Fest.
