Requests for donations under $1,000 must be submitted at least six weeks in advance of the event or date needed. Requests for major sponsorships ($1,000 or more) must be submitted six months in advance – preferably by November of the year prior to your event for consideration during our annual budget planning.

Regrettably, Marsh receives many more requests for support than we can possibly fund, and some requests, therefore, are declined even though they meet the requirements and are indeed worthwhile endeavors.
In an effort to assist as many organizations as possible, Marsh must practice a system of rotated giving. For instance, if Marsh donates to your organization one year, we may be unable to donate again the following year in order to assist another organization.
