It’s always a thrill to discover a local business producing an arresting new taste. The folks at Marsh feel the same way, so we actively seek the best of the local food scene and share our amazing finds with our customers.
For many years, Marsh has worked with Butterfield Foods in Noblesville, Indiana, to supply such dinners as flank steak, lasagna and meatloaf. Butterfield also supplies ready-to-eat salads and side dishes.
Another local partner is dessert-maker Maplehurst Bakery in Brownsburg, Indiana. Don’t walk by the Marsh bakery if you have a weakness for creamy-dreamy cupcakes, pastries overflowing with fruit, or cakes that will lure you with swirling chocolate frosting.
Other new finds coming soon include gourmet potato chips and special dishes prepared with duck and goose. There is also a plan afoot for creating a salsa bar, possibly stocking fresh, locally made salsa.
