With improved breeding and feeding practices, many cuts of pork are just as lean or leaner than skinless chicken breast. Six cuts meet the USDA guidelines for lean, with less than 10 grams of fat per serving.

Grades of Pork

All pork is inspected for wholesomeness, but pork is not graded with USDA quality grades, as it is typically produced from young, specially bred and fed animals.
