Gala
The Gala has reddish striped skin over a golden background. This crisp new favorite is aromatic and sweet. Available Sept.-May.
Golden Delicious
A round, golden apple with thin skin and creamy yellow flesh. A Golden Delicious is the best-all purpose apple with a mellow sweet flavor. Available year-round.
Granny Smith
A round, green apple crisp white flesh, the Granny Smith is a classic tart apple that holds its firmness when cooked. Available year-round.
Honey Crisp

Jonagold

Asian
Round shaped pear with thin, yellow, russeted skin, the Asian is well known for its mild, sweet flavor and juicy white flesh. Available Aug. - Feb.
Bartlett
A Bartlett ripens to bright yellow skin. The flesh is white, smooth and juicy. Very sweet and aromatic. Available Aug. - June.
Bosc
The Bosc is a highly aromatic flavorful pear that is often known for its symmetrical body, long tapering neck and slim stem. They are golden brown and often russeted. They do not change color as they ripen. Available Sept. - April.
D’Anjou
D'Anjou pears have abundant juice and sweet flavor when ripe. Light green or yellow-green in color, they do not change color as they ripen. Thin skin with smooth textured white flesh. Available Sept. - June.
Red Bartlett
Bright red skin when fully ripe, Red Bartletts are aromatic and, perfect for fresh eating. Very sweet and juicy. Available Aug. - Dec.
Red D’Anjou
Red D'Anjou pears are maroon red when ripe. They have abundant juice and sweet flavor. Available Sept.-May.
