How do I add my Fresh IDEA Card after I have registered?
To add your Marsh Fresh IDEA Card to your account, visit the Digital Coupon page and click Sign Up for a Fresh IDEA Card under any coupon. A window will open and prompt you to add your current Fresh IDEA Card number.

How do I get a Marsh Fresh IDEA Card?
You can pick up a card at the customer service desk at your local Marsh or click here to apply for a card.

Did you forget your password?
Click login and then click Forgot Your Password. You will be prompted to enter your email. Once you receive the email, follow the steps to reset your password.

How do I update my marsh.net account if I already have an online account?
Sign in on your marsh.net account. Go to the My Account page and change your information from there.

Do you need to change your password?
Log in to your marsh.net account and go to the My Account. Click on Change Password located on the left side of the page.

How can I participate in the digital coupon program at Marsh?
Click here to create a Marsh.net account. Once you have an account, you can add digital coupons to your card by visiting our digital coupons page.

How can I view the coupons that are available for me to load onto my Marsh Fresh IDEA Card?
Click here to go to our digital coupon page. If you have not already created a Marsh.net account, you will be prompted to do so.

Can I use my Alt ID instead of my Fresh IDEA Card when checking out at Marsh to receive digital coupons?
NO, you must use your Fresh IDEA Card, Key Tag or provide your full Fresh IDEA Card number to the cashier. This card must have the same number as the card number you registered on your Marsh.net account. This card number can be found on the My Account page on the left side of the page. You may request a physical card here.

Can I load digital coupons onto my Marsh Fresh IDEA Card multiple times?
No, each digital coupon may only be loaded onto your Fresh IDEA Card once.

How long does it take until my coupons are active on my Fresh IDEA Card once I enter them?
Coupons are available to redeem at your local Marsh within 30 minutes of loading the digital coupon to your Fresh IDEA Card.

What happens if my discount did not apply when I purchased my product at Marsh?
If your discount was not applied properly, click here to contact the Marsh Value Line or you may contact us by phone at 1-800-382-8798 (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm). Note that your digital coupons may have expired before you purchased the item.

How can I view digital coupons loaded on my Marsh Fresh IDEA Card?
You can view your activated digital coupons by clicking on the “CLIPPED COUPON” link located in the upper right portion of the page or by clicking this link.

How do I know when the digital coupons expire?
The digital coupons expire at different times. The digital coupon expiration date is displayed below the coupon image on the web site.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with the Marsh Mobile App?
You can contact us at anytime via the customer contact form in the mobile app found by navigating to the more button at the bottom of your home screen (iOS) or tapping the menu button in the upper left corner of your home screen (Android) – there you will see a “contact us” button. On the website, go to http://www.marsh.net/contact-us/ found on the homepage in the footer or contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-382-8798 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST).


What if I cannot get cell service in my store?
At times, a certain carrier’s network might not be accessible in store. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in these situations. Service interruptions will not effect changes or updates made to your coupon account through the Marsh Mobile App before the loss of service.


What are push notifications?
Push notifications are distance based, store specific messages that are sent to your phone based on the favorite store you have selected.


How do I turn on/off push notifications?
Select the more button (iOS) or the menu button (Android) on the Marsh Mobile App and choose the settings button. Click the geonotification button to turn the feature on or off.


Registration


What is needed to register for an online MyMarsh Account?
To register an online MyMarsh account via the mobile app, make sure you have a valid email address and a Fresh IDEA Card. These will be used to identify your unique account. If you don’t have a Fresh IDEA Card, you will be prompted to create one during the registration process. If you have already registered for an online MyMarsh account at our website, Marsh.net, simply use your login and password for the mobile app. If you register first in the mobile app, you may use your login and password on the website.


It is not accepting my Fresh IDEA Card number. What do I do?
Make sure that you are entering the entire Fresh IDEA Card number and that you have entered the numbers correctly with no spaces. It is possible that your card is already associated with another account. If you suspect this, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-382-8798 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST).


What is a digital Fresh IDEA Card?
It is a virtual card, found in the Marsh mobile app, that provides the same benefits as a physical Fresh IDEA Card, except you will not receive a physical wallet or keychain card. You may present your digital card to the cashier who will scan your card so that you may receive your FIC discounts and any digital coupons you may have clipped. You may request a physical copy of your digital card number by filling out the form at http://www.marsh.net/save/fresh-idea-card/replacement-card/.


Weekly Ads


What happens if my discount did not apply when I purchased my product at Marsh?
If your discount was not applied properly, click here to contact the Marsh Value Line or you may contact us by phone at 1-800-382-8798 (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm). Note that your digital coupons may have expired before you purchased the item.


How do I view the Weekly Ad for another store?
Go to the more button (iOS) or settings button under the menu tab (Android). Tap change favorite store and the store locator will offer additional stores based on your location or you may select one based on a map. Tap the new store you’d like to select. Click the pencil icon next to your current favorite store. The mobile store locater will appear which automatically lists the stores that are nearest to your current location (if GPS is enabled on your mobile device). If you would like to select another location, type the zip code or city into the search box at the top of the page for the store you would prefer.


When will the Weekly Ad be available for my store?
The mobile version of the Weekly Ad will be updated on the same day print and online circulars are updated.


Coupons


What are ecoupons?
Ecoupons are just like paper coupons, only easier to access. They can be loaded directly to your Fresh IDEA Card. The ecoupons will be applied to your order once you scan your Fresh IDEA Card at the checkout on qualifying purchases.


If I make changes to my ecoupons through the Marsh Mobile App, will it be reflected on my online account?
Yes. Adding or using any ecoupons will be reflected on both the website and Mobile App.


How do I clip ecoupons on the Marsh Mobile App?
To clip coupons, go to the Coupons tab on the App menu. Here you will see all coupons that are available to be clipped. After you click on an item, you will see the option to “clip coupon” at the bottom of the item image. Click this and wait momentarily for the “Coupon Clipped” to appear.


How do I know what coupons I’ve clipped?
To see what coupons you have clipped, select Clipped in the top right corner of your screen on the coupons page. The number of coupons you have clipped as well as the items will be listed.


How do I know what I’ve redeemed?
To see what coupons you have redeemed, select Clipped in the top right corner of your screen on the coupons page. Selected Redeemed from the top menu bar that will appear. This will show what coupons you have redeemed in store.


How do I remove clipped coupons from my wallet?
Once a coupon has been clipped, you are unable to “unclip it” and remove it from your online wallet.


I bought an item but the coupon didn’t apply. What do I do?
Verify that the item purchased matches the item listed on the coupon. If the items are identical, please contact us at anytime via the customer contact form in the mobile app found by navigating to the more button at the bottom of your home screen (iOS) or tapping the menu button in the upper left corner of your home screen (Android) – there you will see a “contact us” button. Shopping Lists


How do I add items to my shopping list?
From the Weekly Ad, click the item you would like to add, and then click “add to shopping list.” For items not in the Weekly Ad, press the plus sign at the top of the Shopping List page and type in the item name.


How do I map out my shopping list for my favorite store?
To map out your shopping list, go to the Shopping List page under the menu tab. At the top right of the screen, press the three square icon (for Android) or Edit (for iOS). A drop down menu will appear that allows you to “Map All.” This will map out your shopping list according to your favorite store selected.

Store Locator


How do I view store information associated with the push-pins?
Tapping the screen in the area of the push-pin will reveal store details such as name, address, phone number, store hours, and store services.


Can I view weekly ads for different Marsh stores?
Yes. After selecting a specific push-pin in the store locator, you can choose to have that store set as your favorite store. Once this selection is made, you can go to Weekly Ads on the menu tab and view the Weekly Ad for the selected store.


Product Locator


How do I locate a product in my store?
The product locator is available on the home screen of both mobile apps(iOS and Android) and can quickly locate where a specific product is in the store by typing in the product name.
