Q1: How do I add items to my shopping cart?

A1: To add items to your shopping cart, simply click the "Add To Cart" button on the right-side of the items page. You may also have to select other item properties from the drop down box next to the "Add To Cart" button before actually adding the item to your cart.

Q2: I add items to my shopping cart, but it still says my shopping cart is empty. What can I do?

A2: The shopping cart page places a temporary session cookie on your computer to keep track of the current items in your shopping cart. If you have turned cookies off in your web browser preferences, you will need to turn those back on to use Marshmarket.com.

Q3: How can I view the current contents of my shopping cart?

A3: The current contents of your shopping cart will be displayed when you add a new item to your shopping cart. Alternately, you may click the "View Cart" button at the top-right corner of your browser window to view the current contents of your shopping cart.

Q4: How can I change the quantity of an item in my shopping cart?

A4: When viewing "Your Shopping Cart," simply change the number in the box under the Qty column and select the "Update Quantities" button.

Q5: How do I remove items from my shopping cart?

A5: To remove items from your shopping cart, simply change the number in the box under the Qty column to 0 and select the "Update Quantities" button.

Q6: How do I check out and purchase the items in my shopping cart?

A6: When viewing "Your Shopping Cart," simply click the button that reads "Check Out." You will then be prompted to fill out your billing and shipping information.

Q7: What methods of payment can be used to buy gift certificates?

A7: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards are all accepted on Marshmarket.com.

Q8: I'm uncomfortable using my credit card to make purchases over the Internet, can I order things from Marsh through an 800 number?

Q10: What does the "Recalculate" button do on the "Final Checkout: Review Order, Submit Payment" page?

A10: You should click the "Recalculate" button if you change the shipping method from the default method that comes up when you enter the page. This will recalculate your shipping and order total in the table at the bottom of the page. (Standard shipping is the default shipping method.)
