Morning Meal

½ C oats (or ¼ C dry steel-cut oats) prepared with water, according to package directions

2 T raisins

2 T chopped walnuts

1 C nonfat milk


Morning Snack

3 T hummus

½ red bell pepper, sliced

10 baby carrots


Lunch

½ C water packed tuna or a 2.6 oz tuna pouch mixed with:

  • 1 C cooked pasta shells
  • 2 T reduced calorie Italian dressing
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped

1 small tomato

17 grapes


Afternoon Snack

1 medium peach

1 C nonfat Greek yogurt


Dinner

1 serving Peanut Chicken Stir–Fry

1 ½ C spring lettuce mix with 1 T dried cranberries, 1 oz feta cheese, 2 T chopped pecans and 2 T fat-free raspberry vinaigrette

1 C non-fat milk


Evening Snack

1 frozen Fruit Bar (approx. 90 calories per bar)
