In a medium saucepan, combine 1 can condensed healthy low-sodium chicken noodle soup, 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth, ½ cup shredded cooked chicken, ½ cup frozen mixed vegetables, ½ cup frozen edamame and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley. Cook mixture over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
