Grandma’s Easter Breakfast Casserole
Serves: 6 – 8
1 32-oz. pkg. Ore Ida Hash Browns, thawed
2 lbs. Sausage, browned and drained
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Milk
8 Eggs
1/2 cup Melted Butter or Margarine
1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt

Use melted butter to coat a 9” x 13” glass baking

dish. Layer thawed hash browns in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle seasoned salt on the hash browns. Add cooked and drained sausage for the next layer. Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl and pour over layers. sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake in preheated 350@F. oven for 40 minutes. Casserole is cooked when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
