EASY SKILLET CHILI MAC
Serves: 4
25 minutes |
1 lb ground chuck
1 can (15 to 16 oz) chili beans in chili sauce
1-1/2 cups thick-and-chunky salsa
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Hot cooked elbow macaroni
1. Brown ground beef in large nonstick
skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes
or until beef is not pink. Pour off drippings.
2. Stir in beans, salsa and 1/2 cup water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer and stir 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add cilantro. Serve over macaroni.
