The sauce takes about 5 minutes to make and the rest all happens in the oven. Serve these tender
ribs with the splendid sauce spooned over them.
2 slabs Baby Back Ribs 2 Tbsps. Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsps. Oil 2 Tbsps. Tomato Puree
2 Garlic Cloves, peeled 2 tsps. Mustard Powder
2 tsps. Salt 2 tsps. Honey
11/4 cup Red Wine 2 tsps. Grated Fresh Ginger
2 Tbsps. Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Prepare sauce by mashing the garlic with the salt in a small mixing bowl to make a paste. Whisk remaining ingredients into the garlic paste until well blended. Place ribs meat side down in a shallow foil lined roasting pan. Brush ribs with oil and season with black pepper. Pour the sauce all over the ribs coating well. Place the pan on the highest oven rack and bake uncovered for 1 hour. Turn ribs, baste with sauce and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
