1 Beef Brisket (3-4 lbs.)
4 tsp. Liquid Smoke
2 tsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Mix ingredients together and spread over
brisket. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. Next day, place foil wrapped brisket in a large pan and bake at 250? for five hours.
SAUCE:
1 cup Catsup
4 Heaping Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Mix together and apply to brisket, reseal and bake an additional hour. Serve sliced thinly on crusty rolls for a great game time sandwich!
