Steak with Peppercorn Sauce
Serves: 2 – 4

1 package Brown Gravy Mix
1/4 cup Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
4 Black Angus T-Bone Steaks, cut 1-inch thick
1 Tbsp. White Wine
1 Tbsp. Whole Black Peppercorns, crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste

Prepare gravy mix in a small saucepan according to package directions. Stir in cream, white wine and peppercorns. Simmer over low heat for a few minutes to blend the flavors. Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper and place in the hot skillet. Cook 5-7 minutes per side, or to your desired degree of doneness. Remove steaks to a serving platter or individual plates, and drizzle each one with the sauce.
