Grilled Beef Tenderloin in Cabernet Sauce
6 Beef Filet Mignons (approx. 7-oz. each) 1/2 cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsps. Balsamic Vinegar 1sp. Coarse Black Pepper
2 cloves Garlic, crushed Salt
4 sprigs Rosemary
Cabernet Sauce
1 cup Chopped Onion 2 Bay Leaves
1/2 cup Chopped Carrots 2 Tbsps. Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Chopped Celery 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Olive Oil 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
6 cloves Garlic, crushed 1 1/2 quarts Chicken Stock
2 cups Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Salt and Pepper to taste
