DAS DUTCHMAN ESSENHAUS NOODLES

In 1992, the Dutch Corporation purchased a small locally owned and operated Amish-style noodle company in Middlebury, Indiana. Initially, Essenhaus Foods provided this product to local restaurants and only a few grocery stores. In 1997, a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility was added to the original warehouse. Today DAS DUTCHMAN ESSENHAUS NOODLES can be found in all O'Malia's food Markets locations.

BEEF/CHICKEN & NOODLES

  • 7 cups broth, water or combination
  • 8 oz Essenhaus Noodles  
  • Season to taste with Essenhaus Soup Base
  • 1 can Essenhaus beef/chicken meat or cooked, boneless meat of choice.

Directions:  Bring liquid to a boil.  Add noodles.  Bring to a boil again.  Cover and let simmer until soft (10-30 minutes depending on noodle size) Add Essenhaus meat of choice.  Heat. Serves 4
