Cranberry Pork Roast
Serves 6.
A flavorful and delightful meal that your family will be sure to enjoy. Start with a lean, moist and tender Boneless Pork Loin Roast from the Meat Department and with this simple recipe create an evening meal that your family will be sure to rave about. Serve with fried apples, potatoes and your favorite vegetable for a complete meal.

4-lb. Boneless Pork Loin Roast, rolled & tied 1/4 cup chopped Onion
1 large Garlic Clove, halved 3/4 cup Orange Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 16-oz. can Whole Cranberry Sauce 1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger

Rub roast all over with sliced garlic, salt and pepper; discard garlic pieces and place pork roast on rack in a covered baking or roasting pan. Roast at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until an inserted meat thermometer registers 175°. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in a stainless steel saucepan; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat halfway through the roasting, begin basting the roast every 15 minutes with cranberry sauce mixture. Serve pork thinly sliced with the remaining sauce.
