Crock-Pot Chicken Breast Casserole

A classic taste without the fuss. This recipe is designed for the working person who does not have all day to cook, but wants the taste and feel as if you did. An easy and convenient recipe that along with steamed vegetables makes a complete meal.

4 Split Chicken Breasts
2 Tbsps. Butter or Margarine
1 10.5-oz. can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup Dry Sherry
1 tsp. Dried Rosemary
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder or Garlic Salt
1 8-oz. can Mushrooms, drained

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and place into the crock-pot. In a sauce pan, combine remaining ingredients and heat until smooth and hot. Pour mixture over chicken breast, cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
