6 Tbsp. Butter
6 Split Chicken Breasts
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 tsp. Oregano
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Dried Bread Crumbs
Preheat oven to 375?. Melt butter in 2x9x13-inch baking dish. In a shallow bowl combine flour, cayenne, garlic salt and oregano. In another shallow bowl beat eggs. Dip chicken into flour mixture, then dip into egg. Roll chicken in bread crumbs. Place chicken in dish and turn to coat with butter. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Turn and continue cooking 15-20 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.
