"Reserve some liquid from the turkey to use later. Saute onion and celery in butter or margarine in a sauce pan. Cut up your oysters, celery and onion and heat through in the sauce pan. Add to your dressing (or toasted bread, cut up) the contents of the saucepan, plus parsley, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and a little boiling water just to moisten it more. Also you can add a couple of wire-whipped eggs. You can even add a little liquid from the neck and giblets after they've been cooked. Put in a pyrex pan or casserole dish and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
