1-1/2 lbs. Fresh Alaskan Coho salmon fillets or steaks
3 Tbs. Fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbs. sweet honey
1 Tbs. soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs. freshly grated ginger
Combine ingredients. Add salmon and marinate, chill for 2 hours. Discard marinade and grill salmon over medium heat until done,
about 8 minutes each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve with fresh sweet corn and new potatoes.
