Agave-Sweetened Berry Granola
Begin—or end—your day with a high-fiber snack sweetened with agave nectar, coconut and dried berries.
- 14 (about 1/2 cup each)
1. Preheat oven to 325˚F. Lightly spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut and wheat germ. In a small bowl or measuring cup, stir together agave nectar, walnut oil, water and vanilla. Add to oat mixture; stir well to coat oat mixture.
3. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
4. Remove from oven. Add blueberries and cranberries. Store granola in an airtight container.
