Stilton Dip with Bosc Pears & Carr's Table Water Crackers

1 4-oz. Pkg. Stilton Blue Cheese
3 Tbsps. Whipping Cream
1 oz. Chopped Walnuts, toasted
1 ripe Bosc Pear, thinly sliced
12 Carr's Table Water Crackers with Cracked Pepper
Lightly blend the cheese and whipping cream, stir in the walnuts, then chill. Spread
2 teaspoons cheese mixture on Carr's Table Water Crackers with Cracked Pepper, then top with bosc pear slices. Makes 12 crackers.
