Apricot-Glazed Holiday Ham
Turn a simple baked ham into something truly special with a fruity glaze. Upping the oven temperature at the end of roasting will give your ham a crunchy, sweet crust and juicy interior.

1. Preheat oven to 300°F. 2. Place ham in a roasting pan and pour about 3/4 cup water into bottom of pan. Cover with foil and roast for 1 hour, 20 minutes or until heated through. 3. While ham is warming, in a small saucepan combine apricot preserves, pineapple juice, mustard, cider vinegar and ginger; cook and stir over medium-low heat until bubbly. Remove from heat. 4. When ham is heated through, remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to 400°F. 5. Uncover ham; brush glaze over the ham to cover completely. Return ham to the oven and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until glaze is caramelized and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Quick Tip: The meat counter at your Marsh store is likely to carry a few different kinds of ham. For the best results, choose a smoked bone-in ham labeled “fully cooked.”
