Baked Salmon with Stone Ground Mustard and Herbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon on baking sheet and spread 1-2 T of mustard on top of each fillet. Generously season each fillet with thyme and rosemary. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork. Let the salmon rest for about five minutes before serving.
