Berry-Jalapeño Glazed Ham

A spiral-sliced ham is ideal for busy holidays. Our three-ingredient glaze combines an intense fruity flavor with a hint of heat from jalapeño peppers.

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. For berry glaze, in a small saucepan combine preserves, orange juice and jalapeño pepper. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until bubbly. Remove from heat.
  2. Place ham, sliced-side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Brush some of the glaze over the ham. Cover ham loosely with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, brushing occasionally with glaze.
  3. Increase oven temperature to 425°F. Remove foil from pan. Spoon any remaining glaze over top and sides of ham. Bake for 10 minutes more or until top of ham is crispy and heated through (140°F). Remove from oven; let the ham stand for 10 minutes before serving. Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with arugula, orange slices and raspberries, if desired.
