Broccoli Cranberry Salad
Even people who turn down a typical serving of broccoli will savor every bite of this crisp, colorful and fresh salad. It boasts a bounty of taste favorites: bacon, dried cranberries, yogurt and sunflower kernels.
- Makes 14 servings (1/2 cup each)
1. In a medium bowl stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
2. Stir in broccoli, onion and cranberries. Cover and refrigerate.
3. Just before serving stir in sunflower kernels and bacon.
