Buffalo Mac and Cheese Bites

- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place phyllo dough shells in a large baking pan. Set aside.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Do not rinse.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sprinkle flour onto butter and whisk constantly. Whisk in milk and cream. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in cheeses and buffalo wing sauce until smooth. Add macaroni, stirring until combined.
- Spoon about a tablespoon of macaroni mixture into each phyllo dough shell. Sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand in baking pan for 5 minutes before serving.
