Cajun Turkey Burgers

1. In a large bowl, lightly mix turkey, green onions, Cajun seasoning, hot pepper sauce and salt. Shape mixture into four patties.
2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook patties until browned and cooked through (165°F), about 8 minutes per side. Serve burgers on rolls with desired toppings.
