A tall glass of this coffee drink is a great pick-me-up on a summer’s day. Keep concentrate on hand in the fridge to quickly quench a coffee craving.

1. For concentrate, in a 2-cup liquid measure stir together hot water, sugar, instant coffee and vanilla. Pour into a pint-jar. Screw on lid. Store in refrigerator for up to 6 months.
2. When ready to use, pour 3 tablespoons concentrate into a 12-ounce glass. Stir in 1 cup milk. Fill glass with ice cubes.
