Chai Latte Brownies
Bring home the taste of your favorite coffee house with espresso and chai-flavored brownies. Clever upgrades to a boxed mix create a fudgy base, perfect for topping with homemade chai whipped cream.

- Line an 8×8×2-inch baking pan with foil, leaving about 1 inch of the foil extending over the edges of the pan. Grease foil; set pan aside. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, except add cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and cloves to the batter before mixing.
- For chai whipped cream, in a chilled mixing bowl combine whipping cream, 1 tablespoon chai latte powder and sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium until soft peaks form.
- Serve brownies topped with chai whipped cream. If desired, sprinkle with additional chai latte powder.
