Chai Tea Chillers
Delicious and refreshing, this super simple drink infuses milk with frozen cubes of sweetened aromatic Indian-spiced tea.

1. In a small saucepan, bring water to boiling; remove from heat. Add tea bags and steep 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Remove tea bags. Stir in brown sugar. Cool.
3. Stir in vanilla. Pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze about 4 hours or until firm.
4. For each serving, place 4 chai ice cubes in a 10-ounce glass. Pour 1 cup milk over cubes. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cubes begin to melt. Stir before serving. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
