Creamy Cucumber Salad

This cool cucumber salad serves a bunch at a barbecue or picnic.



1. Place cucumbers in a large bowl; set aside.

2. For dressing, in a medium bowl, combine sour cream, garlic, oil, sugar, salt and vinegar; stir until well blended. Pour dressing over cucumbers; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle dill seeds over salad.

3. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours. Stir again just before serving.
