Cucumber Avocado Party Dip
Cucumber, green onion, avocado and herbs blend into a smooth and creamy Greek yogurt base. Enjoy it with one of Marsh’s readyto-serve fresh vegetable platters.

In a food processor or blender, combine sour cream, yogurt, avocado, cucumber, green onions, lemon juice, cilantro, oregano, salt and garlic powder. Cover and process or blend until nearly smooth. Cover and chill the mixture at least 3 hours or overnight.
