Fresh Mango Black Bean Salsa

Black beans offer fiber and protein to make this salsa more substantial than most. Another diversion from the norm is the use of parsley instead of cilantro, allowing the subtle flavor of mango to shine through.

Makes 16 servings (1/4 cup each)



1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
