Fresh Spring Salad

For more garlic flavor, stir a small amount of garlic powder into the buttermilk dressing that coats the vegetables.

Makes 6 servings



1. In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, green onions and peas.

2. For dressing, in a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk and garlic salt. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss lightly.
