Greek Chicken Wrap
Spread an 8-inch whole grain or whole wheat tortilla with 2 tablespoons hummus. Top with ⅓ cup chopped cooked chicken, ⅓ cup sliced cucumber, ¼ cup sliced grape tomatoes, 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese and 1 tablespoon chopped Kalamata olives. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon bottled Greek vinaigrette dressing.
Roll up tortilla. Serve immediately.
