Grilled Corn on the Cob

1. Remove husks from corn. Rinse with water to remove silk.
2. Wrap each ear individually in aluminum foil.
3. Heat grill for direct cooking to medium heat. Grill corn over direct heat about 20 minutes or until kernels are tender, turning occasionally to prevent the corn from charring on one side. You can test if the corn is done by piercing a kernel with a fork. It should be tender and shoot out clear liquid.
4. Remove corn from grill. Unwrap. Serve hot corn with butter, salt and pepper.
