Grilled Lamb Chops with Balsamic-Plum Sauce
The intense sweetness of the balsamic-plum sauce pairs well with the robust flavor of lamb chops. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes.

1. For sauce, in a small saucepan combine jelly, balsamic vinegar, green onions, cornstarch and Dijon mustard. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Stir in butter. Remove from heat.
2. Heat grill for direct cooking to medium heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chops. Grill chops over direct heat for 12 to 14 minutes for medium rare (145°F), turning once halfway through grilling. Brush chops with some of the plum sauce during the last 3 minutes of grilling. Remove chops from grill; serve with remaining sauce. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
