Honey Chipotle Butter

Spicy, sweet and smoky flavors make this the perfect spread for cornbread, corn on the cob or hamburgers.

1. Place butter in a food processor. Add chipotles and adobo sauce, lime juice, chives and honey. Cover and process until well blended.

2. Cut an 8×6-inch piece of parchment paper. Place butter mixture on paper; roll paper around butter, forming a log shape. Seal butter roll by twisting ends of paper in opposite directions. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

3. When firm, slice the butter. Use to top cornbread, corn on the cob, hamburgers or grilled pork tenderloin.

Quick Tip: You’ll find chipotle peppers—smoked jalapeños—canned in adobo sauce in the Mexican section of your local Marsh store.
