Honey-Roasted Granola Trail Mix

Hikers, bikers and even travelers will get the nutrition boost they need from this quick and healthy snack mix. Check the packaged foods at your Marsh Supermarket for an array of dried fruits, nuts and other goodies to create your own mix.

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease a large baking sheet; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine granola, flaxseeds and honey. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until toasted, stirring occasionally. Let cool on a wire rack. Break mixture into large clumps; transfer to a large bowl. Toss in banana and mango chips, chocolate chips, yogurt raisins and almonds.
  3. For convenience and portability, divide snack mix among five resealable plastic bags. Store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
