Island Turkey Burgers with Mango Salsa
A zippy Sriracha mayo heightens the fresh Mexican flavor of these burgers without adding excess calories.

1. For Sriracha mayo, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
2. In a medium bowl, lightly mix turkey, onion, cilantro, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Shape mixture into four patties.
3. In a large nonstick grill pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned and cooked through (160°F), about 5 minutes per side.
4. Meanwhile, line plates with lettuce leaves. Spread 1 tablespoon Sriracha mayo onto center of each leaf. Add a turkey patty and spoon salsa over top. Serve immediately. If desired, squeeze lime
wedges over top and sprinkle on cilantro.
