Korean Broiled Steak
- Makes 8 servings
1. For marinade, in a resealable plastic bag combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame seed, seasoned pepper, ginger and garlic. Add steak pieces; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours.
2. Preheat broiler or heat grill to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade. Broil 5 inches from heat or grill over direct heat to desired doneness, 12 to 16 minutes total.
3. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet cook onions in oil until they start to brown; serve over steak.
