Make A Splash Beach Mix
Berry-flavored popcorn, cheese-flavored fishies, gummy fruit and chocolate candy make a snack that’s sure to add waves of fun to any beach adventure.

- Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Remove all unpopped kernels from popped popcorn. Place 4 cups popcorn in a large bowl; set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted. Stir in sugar and gelatin. Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour mixture over popcorn in bowl; stir gently to coat. Spread popcorn out onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or until crunchy. Cool completely.
- In same large bowl, combine baked popcorn, remaining 4 cups white popcorn, chocolate pieces, gummy candies, yogurt raisins and goldfish snack crackers. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
