Maple Sriracha Chicken Skewers
Watch guests’ faces light up when they bite into tasty chicken on a stick that is dripping with a sweet-hot glaze. Adding extra squeezes of the fiery red hot chili sauce puts a spicy kick into party fare.

- Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan with foil.
- In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, butter, ketchup, lime juice and lime zest; set aside.
- Pound chicken breasts slightly and cut into 1-inchwide strips. Thread chicken strips accordion-style onto skewers. Place skewers in foil-lined baking pan. Bake for about 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning several times and brushing with glaze during the last 5 minutes of the cooking.
