Mini Caramel Apples
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper; set aside. Using a melon baller, scoop balls from apples. Submerge balls in water to keep from browning.
- In a medium saucepan, combine caramel candies and cream. Cook over medium low heat until candies are melted and smooth, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.
- Just before dipping, remove apple balls from water; pat dry with paper towels. Insert lollipop sticks into apple balls. Dip balls into caramel mixture, turning to coat. Place on a prepared baking sheet to set.
