Moroccan Spiced Crackers

Munch on a simple snack with sweet and savory notes plus a bit of heat. It,s a great mingle food that will really get guests talking.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cumin, ginger, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, allspice, paprika and cloves. In a large bowl, combine crackers and pistachios. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spice mixture. Toss together until coated.
  3. Spread cracker mixture on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until toasted, stirring once halfway through. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
