Mustard-Roasted Potatoes, Onion and Bacon

Accompany grilled meat with these savory oven-roasted potatoes. Roasting at a high temperature results in potatoes that are slightly crisp on the outside and tender in the center.

1. Preheat oven to 400˚F. On a 17x12x1-inch baking pan, stir together mustard, oil and salt. Add potatoes; stir to coat. Gently stir in onion. Spread in a single layer, separating pieces.

2. Distribute bacon pieces around edges of pan. Roast for 20 minutes.

3. Turn potatoes, stirring bacon into potato mixture. Roast 15 minutes.

4. Turn potatoes. Roast 10 to 15 minutes more or until potatoes are brown and tender.

Quick Tip: Using a dark baking pan is another secret to achieving perfectly browned, crisp potatoes.
