A delicate lemon-herb vinaigrette livens up this cabbage salad. Adding sesame seeds gives the salad a subtle nutty flavor.

For vinaigrette, in a screw-top jar, combine vinegar, oil, parsley, lemon zest and thyme. Cover and shake well.
Set aside one-fourth of the pear slices. Chop remaining slices into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, combine chopped pear, cabbage, chicken, radishes, green onions and sesame seeds. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss to coat. Arrange mixture on a serving plate; garnish with reserved pear slices.
Quick Tip: Dip the pear slices in lemon juice to prevent the fruit from browning.
