Picnic Pulled Beef Sandwiches
Rub salt, pepper and garlic onto beef. Place beef in slow cooker. Pour beef stock over the roast. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until beef is fork tender. Remove beef from juices and shred. Pour juices into a heat proof measuring cup. Put shredded beef into slow cooker and stir in barbeque sauce. Add 1 cup beef juices and stir. Serve on buns with additional barbeque sauce.
